MiraCit Development Corporation and Primary Care Solutions invite community members to join us for an open and honest conversation about what our community needs to be healthy, supported, and thriving.
This gathering is designed to create space for residents, families, and community partners to share their experiences and ideas on health and wellness, and the resources that could make a meaningful difference in our neighborhood.
Through this conversation, we aim to better understand the community's needs and identify opportunities to build stronger supports, programs, and partnerships.
Your voice matters, and your perspective will help inform future initiatives that support the well-being of our community.
